Well the only reported GPS errors were some cars in Japan didn't know where they were. I guess they don't have paper maps there. AS for 9/9/99, yawn.... How about this: Message 11183344 Can you believe all they HYPE these stupid errors get when we deal with computer errors and failures everyday. LOL...crazy!!
