No I never said that I said Does it matter if its 3000 or 6000 or 10000 the Bottom Line is Production will Start with 1000tpd Period.
There's nothing to get Excited about Yet.
Winspear needs cash and Warrants exercised.
Dec is when the warrants are due so Winspear will have to pump the stock to raise the cash.

PS Don't get me wrong Winspear is well on its way to production.
Winspear needs a fall Drilling Program that is looking for the source.The market Wants a PIPE.
