Re: "You haven't been paying attention to the yield = reliability law posts." Burnin can raise the long term reliability of products from a poor yielding process but it ain't cheap. A good yielding process may be able to do away with burnin altogether, or at least greatly reduce the BI hours. Net result is that AMD probably ships high quality product after BI but at an additional added cost if yields are low. EP
