No it is not.They have to re-file and have 60 days to do it.The second release told us their intentions "SUBJECT TO REGULATORY APPROVAL"

From what I can see this also summarizes the fact that there is going to be alot of paper from PP's and Options floating around..I will pass on this and hope you do fine but it is not for me at this point...

As a note. "Who in their right mind that has any money at all to buy valuable art is going to buy it over the internet...Give me a break...They say there is a sucker born every day but the concept is flawed IMHO and without credibility.Just ask yourself"If I were going to invest in valuable art as an investment would i want to see it in person or buy it over the internet????I don't think you can answer yes to this.It will be a better short after they run it IMHO again.
