CAMP NASDQ CALIF AMPLIFIER INC 100% Followup

When I posted this on Friday the combined indicators showed 92% and the closing price was 14 1/16. Indicators now show 100% and it closed at 18 yesterday. A month ago - 8/9 - the price was 8 1/2.

Since I don't really understand TA, I will ask what is probably a dumb question - at what point or should I say what would have to happen to the price for the short term indicators to "lower." Would the price have to drop? Or at some point after continual increases, would the "rating" decline?
