OW!!! Now the news is out, and it is much worse than I had thought possible. A net loss per share of 23 cents per share. How could Blaine Maller be so out of touch with the state the company was in on 7 April 1999 as to suggest that the eps were "in the range of 8 cents"? The only bright(?) spot I see is that there is (at least on the books) some shareholder equity. But it is clear that immediate action is needed and that existing management is not fit to handle it. On second thoughts, this is as it was 5 1/2 months ago. How much more damage has since occurred? John
