Take the Lumm talk to the Lumm thread. You're wasting bandwidth here. It is of little relevance to the overall strategic positioning of JDSU. As I've stated, JDSU is very well aware of Lumm and Bookham, and I have great faith in the brain trust there that if need be, they will respond accordingly. Bulldozer
