Jim,
In March, when GLB Preferred "A" fell, it went all the way to 16, and there was a motivated seller yesterday, so I bought the common at 16-3/8 . GRT announced the dividend and a small parcel sale to repay some debt. It should likely trend up until the dividend is paid.

I assume also that there is no return of capital in the dividend of the preferreds as opposed to the common stock. I can't imagine how any of it could be return of capital.
