Can't speak for TSIS's "normal practice", but some companies I follow are unenthused about issuing an unaudited 4th quarter set of financials which would subsequently be corrected by the issuance of the audited year end financials. That is the stuff of shareholder lawsuits, as the preying attorneys leap to suggest that either management intentionally mislead the shareholders during the intervening period (however short it might have been) or management was such poor managers as to not have foreseen the things the audit found before-hand.

Sadly, we live in litigious times ... often, in my opinion, to the detriment of the very people the litigation alleges to serve -- in this case, the shareholders.
