Joel: My short answer is that given the egg on Moore's face re the Q, I would not look to his "e mail" group for much wisdom on ICGE or any other company. Of course he is a name in the ICGE stable of advisors so he should know a bit more about ICGE and its business than the total misreading he had on CDMA and Qualcomm. :-)

On the "question" posed by Steve Harmon, it is valid as a question as I understand it. But the implication of his implied answer, i.e. trouble in a year, is one of those things difficult to judge. A year is a long time. Times change. Etc. And assume that ICGE can hire some pretty effective legal talent and lobbyists.

Waiting on this one may be a good idea, to each his own. But since I was fortunate to get some thanks to SFE at the IPO and added quickly. I ain't waiting. And haven't been sorry. Now, who knows. But I have a view based on my long experience with "flyers" such as Cisco was, the Q was, and I think this is. Waiting is a fool's game. But that is very much me and not a conservative wait to cross the chasm etc GG approach as interpreted on the other GG thread. Re the new "rules", don't have a clue since Amazon (yuk to B2C e commerce) hasn't delivered the new GG to my door yet.

Best of luck whatever you do. Due diligence in spades is required of course. Maybe Mike Buckley will take this one on. Wish he would. But not holding my breath. Couldn't attract his attention to JDSU even though I have tried for months. And it took him almost a year of my urging to get him interested in the Q. So, let's see.

Mike. Where are you when we need you? Notice I addresses the article link to "Mike et al".

Again best.
