Hello again to mogo.HARLEYFATBOY,tupac, and anyone else who still owns shares of KAFE. Now - I am CONFUSED!! Confused about who owns what. Recent press releases give information that...... 1. GOCA repurchased 4,5552,751 shares of it's stock from KAFE (the payment for 92% of the restaurant made in March) 2. GOCA will maintain ownership of 92% of the common stock of KAFE. I hold 2,175 shares of this fiasco and have not received any news or any info from anyone except posters on this thread. 9/26/99 I celebrate my 82nd birthday - have played market for over 60 yrs. Have always been notified of all transactions made in my portfolio - nothing about the above. The only conclusion that I can think of is that the officers and/or directors of KAFE held the 92% which is now owned by GOCA, and ergo GOCA is now the majority holder of KAFE and mogo's friend and your's truly and all other non-officers who stil have shares are the 8% minority holders of this relatively small co. with an uncertain future. Would appeciate having others opinions at this stage of the game. Best regards and many thanks to all past present and futures posters. WILL GAMBLE
