Yes, I've read the NRs but did you read all the Dreamcast hoopla? New technology introductions are great news for value added players such as FNCO and GTR (to say nothing, obviously, of accessory suppliers).

I believe that I know as little (or as much) as you on the acquisition. All we know is that GTR seems to have bought it for 6 months sales($30M for $60M) so it should be strongly accretive. Synergies are fancy words used for every acquisition I can think of but I suppose a package, say, for new game players consisting of a set of republished games plus a few 'starter'accessories could seem to be a synergy.

One of the newspaper articles said that in 1998, the accessory market was about $587M and that Madcatz was in #2 spot behind InterAct.

So far, GTR, as far as I'm concerned, is moving along the right road
