Martin,

Bootes has had that permit to mine diamonds for 7 years, and no mining yet. Why do you think he can get financing now when he hasn't been able to in the past 7 years? He sure isn't going to get financing to activate any erstwhile Brush Creek mines with the POG where it is now.
