The block appeared as one order in my real time market depth which shows the top 5 BIDS and ASKS in price. The block appeared on the sell side at around $2 and then at a lower price. It appeared second or third on the ASK side and I believe at one point, it was the #1 ASK. While watching, I believe the block effectively pushed the price down on a couple of occassions. I did not see any of the shares trade in the single order. As the price moved down, the block disappeared then reappeared at a lower price. It never traded as far as I could tell, unless it was broken up afterwards.

I like watching the depth on a stock because you get a feeling for the difference in smaller buying and larger influences. I often see large blocks on the ASK sides appear, and they always have the same effect in pushing the price down for a lot of stocks.

These are merely observations and since the stock didn't act the way I thought it would, I wonder about other influences besides small investors like me and the rest of us.

Regards, Wisam
