Virtual Technology and Juno Announce Marketing Alliance
VTC Offers up to $400 Rebate on Computer Hardware for Customers Who Subscribe to Juno Web
MINNEAPOLIS & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 9, 1999-- Virtual Technology Corporation (OTCBB: VTCO - news), a leading e-commerce company, and Juno Online Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: JWEB - news), a leading national provider of Internet-related services, today announced an agreement to distribute the Juno® software with several models of Virtual Technology's desktop computers and printers. Under the terms of the agreement, customers of VTC's www.virtual-world.com can receive a rebate on hardware purchases when they also subscribe to Juno's full Internet access service, Juno Web(SM), for one or more years. The companies plan to work together on print and online romotions to market Virtual Technology's Vpower(TM) computers, which come bundled with the Juno software, in addition to other products on www.virtual-world.com that qualify for the rebates.

Juno's software will enable Virtual Technology's customers to sign up for Juno Web or for one of Juno's other service levels. Customers who commit to a three-year subscription to Juno Web through the Virtual Technology offer will be eligible for a $400 rebate, while customers who choose a two-year or one-year subscription will be eligible for a $250 or $100 rebate, respectively.
