d----maybe they figured the earnings news was SO good that they might as well put the secondary announcement out at the same time... Actually, LTXX seems to me to be really cash short, so I consider any effort to beef up the financials an excellent long-term positive. Just kinda tossed a wet blanket over the lovefest the earnings should have produced, though, wouldn't you say?.... tso
