I have been told by Allan that a Derivative Action suit
for the shareholders of AOW is in the early stages of development.

It is my opinion that UPs lack of NRs on the legal action against them, especially when one considers the current
run up in price and the investors that are buying with out
any knowledge of what UP is being sued over, is something that will come back and haunt them in future days.
Of course, one can theorize that when digging a grave and
you are already down six feet, what's another 9" more.
