Andyman, Librarius and Amer Software - it appears we may well know 2 of the 3. The third is there -- in the Nevada records IMHO. Its just a matter of finding it. Both of the above companies have the same stat agent so more than likely the third co. has the same one too. Problem is that stat agent reps a ton of companies. All filings are chronologically submitted....so a chronological search might reveal something too. But, again, a ton of filings. We know to search under Jack....Ben Ezra and Jack Ben....Ezra. We know to search under Michael L. Weinstein. What other names or combinations might there be? Ideas? Jud P.S. I don't know if this gets us anywhere, but absent any news from BNEZ its kind of a start. And, thanks Mitchell for your detective work.
