cs: my take

i like to use a 10 to 15 point premium on networking takeovers so it seems we are at the peak for cs..... the specialist seems to be using 18 as a wall so unless cs were to come out right now and say no way are we 4 sale i think the downside is very minimal now and today IMO would be the best day to lock in your position.

this is not a proven theory but i have been told this from a very reliable source.....market makers and specialist's seem to keep these takeovers down in this 10-15 point range on purpose...the theory is to eliminate shareholder lawsuits....if cs were to run up to the mid 20's and it could with all this buying and the it had a 30$ buyout....this would not seem like a very big premium and could cause shareholder problems for the management....so the question is...are the makers privy to deals?...i say in some cases they are
