As long as it was far enough away to not compete with the one in Midland.

They should look into buying the waterparks in Destin, FL (Big Kahuna) and Panama City, FL (Shipwreck Island). Both would require little/no refurbishment, and are top-end facilities. Unfortunately, the owners probably won't sell at any reasonable price. These would be great properties, and would also do good business during "spring break".
