OFW - i believe that Doppler provides the company with more than just a buy recommendation. he is in the business of helping mining companies realize their potential. they pay him because they trust that he will provide value. he has an excellent mineral evaluation background...from what i have seen in his past deals: he also helps with business development, makes recommendations to management regarding business practices and resource/reserve development. he can alos help with finance/JV partner identification. hope this helps clarify...from what i've seen in the past, i think he seems worth the shares spent. tom
