LISTING ON OTC BB: ADSN

Southfield, MI - September 09, 1999 - Advanced Systems International ("ASI")
(OTC BB: ADSN), a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, today
reported that it will immediately begin trading on the OTC BB as ADSN as a
result of it's Form 10 SB filing document having been "cleared" by the NASD.

Gerry Pesut, president and CEO of ASI, said, "Becoming a reporting issuer

In his comment, Pesut was referring to the recently released second quarter
1999 revenues of $2,202,377 compared to $647,312 for the same period in
1998. This was a 25% increase over the first quarter of 1999 and a 240%
increase from Q2 1998. Net earnings for the second quarter 1999 were
$375,353 ($0.03 per share). Total revenues for the first half of 1999 were
$3,964,637, compared to $961,313 for the first half of 1998. Total earnings
for the first half of 1999 were $681,695 ($0.06 per share), compared to a
loss of $363,451 ($0.04 per share) for the first half of 1998.

Advanced Systems International is a leading supplier of mission critical
application solutions for the enterprise-processing environment. Solutions
include: the ATServer©, time and attendance/labor allocation application,
that addresses the time collection and labor management needs of large scale
environments; and the ATLink(tm) product, designed to support
business-to-business electronic commerce, by enabling the collection,
communication and integration of critical data on varying database platforms
