The reason that I place credence in basis for the law suit, and that it is in fact something more than a frivolous suit, is that when testimony and evidence was given in court in Sublette County District Court, Judge Gutherie found the evidence to have enough merit so that a restraining order was filed against UP and AOW, preventing them from doing anything with the Madera and Mesa (Gemini) prospects until
further legal proceeding will have finished. Sept. 17th
will determine if the Restraining Order becomes more than
temporary. I'm betting it will.

P.S.I have heard a figure of $200 million for the suit, guess we'll find out if that is in fact the amount or whether it is smaller or larger. In my opinion, anything
in excess of 10 million would have to make UP blink.
