Sorry for the delay in replying. We anticipate getting back on the
OTCBB
with in a month or two. The name of the transfer agent is
Atlas Stock Transfer

Salt Lake City, UT 84107
There are 13,580,000 shares outstanding, with 7,535,00 in the float.
There
are no plans to issue any more stock at this time. The only stock that
may
be issued down the road would be an insignificant of restricted shares.
The
infomercial is airing in the morning now as a test phase to see how it
works. If the response is good we will move it to more expensive times
with
a larger viewing audience. These test airings are only to run over the
next
few weeks to evaluate response. Cost of airing the infomercial varies
from
network to network. The Company owns the infomercial outright and has
paid
for it and the first month of running it in full. We don't want to
project
any sales right now but everyone who has seen it feels very positively
about
its chances to have large sales. Earnings will be posted on our
website, we
certainly hope and anticipate having strong earnings later this year
and
into next year.
I feel Wallstreetresearch 's predictions have a good chance of coming
to
fruition.
