From what I heard, the shareholders meeting was a little intense. Sollman has built CGRM into a solid company (ableit with a few problems). Maybe it is good news that he is stepping aside. Old Insider trading reports show that he still owns considerable amound of CGRM. He will still be involved in the company, but perhaps he is not the person to move Centigram to next level. Thus far, it appears the market is reserving judgement,
