I think the stock is suffering from the markets decline as the down volume has not been heavy in the stock as is my observation. Though I think a sell at $6 would have been a good trade and then repurchase on a pull-back, but I didn't. Getting to my goal of $8 might be tough. I think this stock is relying on improved earnings. I have doubts now about a buy-out unless there develops significant insider buying.
