John, yes indeed, I derived the 4th quarter figures from a quick spreadsheet calculation. I hope you are right, especially with respect to the sales figures; if sales had "in reality" been more even during all quarters of fiscal 1999, I would feel somewhat better. This is what happens when the company believes it does not need to keep shareholders up to date...back of the envelope calculations and speculation... Take care. Saverio
