"BB" Bulletin Board stocks are a disgrace!
This I know for sure -
I have talked to people at the SEC and have been told there are practically no regulations
governing BB stocks. They are not required to
have stockholder meetings are help the stockholders in any manner - I have heard that there are laws
on the drawing board to remedy the
present abuse handed to these holders of
BB issues - maybe some legislation may happen
in Y2K.This thread is the only hope I know of.

The remaining shareholders should know one
another and correspond with officials /cos.
with documents with as many signatures as possible.

We should know who the other share holders are!!!!
