riker,
In the original agreement Arrowhead could earn into three locations--Bull Run, Warbonnet and Gemini--by drilling one well in each location, the cost of each well and some acreage fees to be borne by Arrowhead. Bull Run was a bust; Warbonnet was recently completed and flowing 2-3 mmcfd; Gemini was to be started by September 1, l999. The Gemini earn-in property was for a potential 90 wells on 80-acre spacing. This and other information can be found at arrow-head.com The most recent modified agreement, which changes acreage sizes and revenue percentages, is what is the subject of the current injunction.
