The new service, "9 On-Line Email Support," is available immediately on Number Nine's Web site at nine.com.
The new on-line service allows Number Nine customers to submit questions 24 hours a day directly to technical support specialists familiar with their operating system and type of problem, resulting in faster responses to their specific question(s). Further bolstering its new World Wide Web technical support offerings, Number Nine has enhanced its FAQ page, as well as its fax- on-demand FaxBack System. Customers will continue to be able to download Number Nine's high-performance drivers directly from the Web site.
