 NORTHBROOK, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 9, 1999--The Children's Beverage Group, Inc. (OTC/BB: TCBG) has shifted all of its production to Warrenton Products to maximize production efficiency and quality control.
 
 Jon Darmstadter President & CEO of The Children's Beverage Group, Inc. said, "We have taken control of our production because we will accept nothing less than the best product that the finest pouch making technology has to offer. The Children's Beverage Group will be on-site for every pouch that is manufactured in St. Louis (Warrenton). This holds true in Rochester and in all future facilities that will become up and running in the year 2000 and beyond."
 
 In addition, The Children's Beverage Group announced that all of its machinery in Toronto is being crated and shipped to Warrenton Products and all manufacturing and quality control and personnel will be under absolute Children's Beverage Group control going forward.
 
 Representatives from key vendors, including a technician from Spain and the United States are fine tuning all Children's Beverage Group's Volpak machines and will stay on-site in St. Louis until all machines are running at advertised speeds and efficiencies. In addition, film experts from Switzerland are confirming the quality of the film and straw representatives are addressing to the finest millimeter the proper length to best utilize the Children's Beverage Group pouch.
