thanks for the info. where does one go about getting after the bell data? where is it traded? how is it traded?

also, does anyone know how the merger deal was arranged? in other words, i hear that asnd will buy cscc for 3.7B, but there was an "or .7 shares of asnd for 1 share of cscc"

is it a stock swap for .7:1 or is it a $3.7B buyout? i'm confused. when do our cscc shares become asnd shares?
