Roger OpsHed on continual code 909 and associated arrow display. Code "buygnet" package received and implemented. Bumper sticker displayed on Hummer, Half-Track, Moped, and other heavy vehicles. Black dog seen with 909's shaved into its coat...additional good karma.

Rooftop display activated for nightime viewing. Should have "hold on to the bar" response immediately. Will report full 909 implemenation when effected.
