Is that for sure then? Insiders have sold most of their holdings? I had thought only some had sold back in December. Insider selling isn't definately bad but insiders selling out totally could be bad. I'm holding my CATS for now since long term the story still looks good. I thought the earnings would start increasing more rapidly the middle of this year but it looks like the begining of next year. If I have read everything correctly CATS is now in FY 97 correct? Kind of goofy but I guess thats how those financial people are. Dave
