The stock has been flat since the announcement (although it went up 1/32 recently); I wonder if there's any wisdom in either selling or holding at this point. I have 500 shares. The Motorola offer is 6 1/4; the current price is 6 1/8. I suppose the risk is the deal could fail; am I right the upside is exactly 1/8? Seems the cash could be put to better use at this point; why is anyone holding, or buying? Insights welcome...
