MileHigh,

It is normal practice for public companies to keep the investment community updated on business and financial developments and road shows of this nature have been part of the mix in recent years. Selective disclosure is increasingly problemmatic and has come under heavy criticism (viz., letting the little guys like us in now on the earnings CCs), so public companies must try to schedule these events so that there is no imminent material event (i.e., that could affect stock price) that is not made known to all at the same time.

Depending on the company's corporate culture, the amount of news and developments to discuss, how well or how badly a company is doing, these are either done rarely, routinely every so often or never. Or, if a company feels that a particular transaction, earnings statement or other development has been misunderstood by the investment community, it may take to the road "to put things right." My thoughts only.

Regards. Steve
