  TeraGlobal to Launch TeraMedia at Motorola "HORIZONS '99" Conference. 
  - Breakthrough technology converges voice, video and media  to enhance communication, collaboration and productivity - 
  San Diego, California (September 9, 1999) - TeraGlobal Communications Corp. (trading symbol: TGCC), the first company with a true convergence solution for voice, video and media, will launch its new communications and collaboration network service at the Motorola, Inc."HORIZONS '99" media and analyst conference in Austin, Texas, on September 13, 1999. 
  The TeraGlobal solution, named TeraMedia, utilizes the recently announced Motorola MPC7400 PowerPC microprocessor with AltiVec technology, embedded in an Apple Power Mac G4 computer system, to achieve its revolutionary speed. TeraGlobal is a Motorola Alpha Testing Site for the MPC7400 PowerPC processor.
