I got a new issue....DirecTV. I paid them by the year in the Spring and they then merged with US Satellite Broadcasting last month, then and told me the Annual agreement did not apply anymore, so I have to pay 70 bucks a month. In essence, the hell with me and the payment I made last Spring. Calling them back, I get a "sorry, all operators are busy,,,,please call later" message. So I set my phone to redial their 800 number every 75 seconds.....hope their Telecom group can take a joke. They think it's cute that they scammed me out of my annual package, just wait until they get their 800 number phone bill in October. Never mess with a guy who used to work in Telecom....
