My discussions with employees there doesn't suggest the stock is undervalued at all - they've taken severe hits in terms of the engineering employees, which will inhibit their ability to produce new products. There has been a lull in new products which have been accepted by the market in general. Producing products for narrow markets is risky - if they lose one customer, in particular, an entire business unit may crumble. The strenghts that made the company a winner in the past are gone - there is virutally no presence in the Japanese consumer market any more, and the New Product Development group has been disbanded.

If new management were in place, things would look brighter, but the executive staff is largely the same group of individuals who brought the company down from 160 Mil a year to 100.
