Note the post on YAHOO about Lewis buying 17,500 shares in August at $5.75-6.75. This is positively startling, that an insider would buy this much at 4 times the price of 3 months ago. Do you have access to a Bloomberg machine to verify the info?

Maybe it is an option exercise, to get the capital gains clock ticking, but I doubt it, as the prices quoted would not appear on an option exercise. Emotionally, it should be difficult for an insider to suddenly step up at 4 times the earlier price of 1 1/2, having bought none at that price - unless he is saying to himself that the price will go so high that what he pays now is unimportant.

What odds would you give that he has become a real believer based on something he has seen this quarter? The only things that would get me to buy at that level (if I had not bought at 1 1/2) based on what we can speculate could possibly happen is a combination of profitability this quarter plus some big blue chip customer business that he expects will knock our socks off. In fact, perhaps that is what the stock action has been telling us.

Until I know more I have cancelled my outstanding orders to sell dribs and drabs at higher prices.

I wonder when we will start trading options again?
