Tim, I hope you are right. You see, a great house just came onto the market north of me in Encinitas with stairs down to the beach. It has a bitchin patio, panorama view, each room has a full view of the surf except for one bath and one bedroom. There is built-in surround-sound in the main rooms so I can blast my CD player without others being offended and I can park my Cherokee in my own garage without fear of ripoff. The asking price is steep (over $1 million) but if CS goes for $28 or more I will make offer to buy this house if still on market then I can have wild SI party. Well, we are taking off now for San Diego to meet some rejects from the big red machine for drinks and cold shrimp I imagine so have a great evening and keep CS on ice for me. You are the bomb!
