Funny thing, just this minute I received a $5 coupon in the e-mail from Borders.com. That reminds me of what great service they have! <g> If they could make my computer smile and say "Thank you" and really mean it -- you know, very sincere and all -- then it would be a lock and I'd never shop anywhere else for books thanks to the personalized service. The fact that the only reason I ever shopped there in the first place was price would never even enter my head; that wonderful GUI would produce such a satisfying shopping experience that I would reform my ways and start paying more. Why, it would be like shopping at Nordstrom for books! A new era would be born! I'd probably even cut up my Costco membership card, too. That's my 2 dimes' worth anyway.
