Chris, this capitulation has been a gradual process that has taken place over the last few years and seems to be culminating now. likewise mutual fund cash levels have been steadily declining and are now near record lows. however, these are not useful timing indicators...they merely say that intermediate to long term the market could be in a whole lot of trouble, in other words, a bear market WILL come, in spite of the new era. hb
