I am not concerned about the deal. It sounds like TCA and TMO will make out on the exchange. About the shares? I am not sure, but I would assume that they did increased the number of shares. A few days ago, TCA said they were buying back shares, so that kind-of cancels that. Overall, I feel it was a good deal. At least TCA thinks they will make out!
No, I do not follow World Heart.
