Doug F; re: Land based Rig shortage... Doug; as utilization rates are still much, much lower than last year - I am assuming a substantial factor in this shortage is many of the rigs are cold stacked, need repair, parts - lot's of rigs get canibalized during times like these - pull parts/equip vs. buying new parts/equip etc. - correct ? What my question/assumption is; Will companies like NOI & IIR who provide lots of the land based rigs/equip and parts be a nice play here at this stage of recovery. IIR looks like a very solid fundamental buy here if so... Any feedback anyone on on the Rig Mfg/Equip co's ?
