KIA Jim,
Warning, more light heartedness follows. Wow, I go out and shoot a 74 in my Greeno shirt, come back to freshen up and do a steak with my fellow GRNO investor, LP, and Quotron employee, enroute to watch MJ and da BULLs and the thread is a crankin'! Whew!....
Wasn't someone a day or two ago mentioning how dead the thread was. Well, I'm taking credit for the firestorm by posting the 10-KSB URL, so there. One word on the annual report. Everyone (who bothered to read the historical posts (specifically Mr. King's) should have had a general feeling of what to expect. Those not so familiar with the legaleeze contained within those forms should step back and reflect on the expectations/requirements of those submitting those reports. On any startup company, it's CYA, particularly for the auditors who just about by law have to ad those statements about "going concern" etc. I saw no red flags but a SEC form-reading neophyte could easily point to a few while sifting through the lawyer-speak. Enough about that.
I enjoy the contributions of the new posters here and hope they continue to post. If you are unsure of being able to talk the talk, worry not for plenty of us will guide you through to the facts. My particulare area of (I tend to think) is the inner workings of the market and that is why I have limited most of my posts to that area.
So, if one has an opinion or observation and is unsure of the substantiationability of it, by all means preface your thoughts accordingly and hopefully others will step up and fill in the blanks (re: marketmaking activities of ALLN in my case).
Gotta Go, my golf/GRNO/Quotron buddy is hollering with the car running. WGN BULLS/Bullets Greeno shirt/cap 730 pm...I swear I'm gonna get on camera!!!!
