Merrill's Top 10 Tech: Kemet Corp. and Novellus Systems Inc. have a market value of less than $3 billion. The other eight, Cisco Systems Inc., Intel Corp., IBM, Motorola Inc., Nortel Networks Corp., Oracle, Sun Microsystems Inc. and Texas Instruments, have a value of more than $59 billion. The 10 stocks were chosen from a pool of 300 companies that 30 senior analysts recommend investors buy.
