All lumm investors. If lumm is so promising why do they need to do a private placement of stock warrants at 1.00 per share. Seems to me that somebody with such great innovations could find a better way of getting capital. Its nice to believe you have uncovered some unknown gem that will make you a million dollars. In reality, most will end up losing substantial amounts of money on a pipe dream.
