Just G, thanks for starting this broad discussion of the Sudbury PGM play on a dedicated board. I look forward to hearing about the geology of the Sudbury region, and to comparative discussions of all the companies involved. These range from explorers and juniors to the senior nickel miners, now joined by at least one senior primary PGM producer.

This region appears to be the center of one of the currently most active PGM exploration areas in the world, an area ranging from the Canadian mid-west to northern Quebec.

And this thread is likely to become one of the most active for arguments about the respective bona fides, merits and prospects of the companies involved in the Sudbury region.

I am curious as to what is known about the origin of the pgm bearing Sudbury rocks and the nature of the intrusion, whether indigenous or caused by asteroid/meteorite impact.
