If you're now trying to be honest and helpful to the SEC as you pretend, then you should have volunteered that information. But since the cavalry was most probably a figment of your imagination, it is easy to understand how you would not have wanted to let that cat out of the bag.

The use of an imaginary group of "investors" who were buying RMIL heavily and who were willing to "take action" against those who thwarted them was a form of intimidation. The SEC does not take kindly to manipulation by intimidation.
